Refunds:

Refunds for eligible enquiry will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of the refund request. Please note that it may take 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to be credited to your bank account.
Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The enquiry was raised within the specified refund period (if applicable).
- We only provide refunds to customers who have did incorrect details. In this case, admin will manually verify their enquiry their request with the submitted documents. If it is incorrect/In-Valid, then admin will cancel the enquiry request.
- The reason for the refund request meets our refund policy criteria.
